Training & Practice
Training is done to improve your skills in a safe environment. You can train as hard as you like depending on level of skill you want to reach.
We hold gym training/practice sessions at the Guy Harvey Youth Club gym on Sunday afternoons. If you would like to join in, see "Sessions" for latest session dates. |
Training Opportunities
The Nantwich Freerunners hold local training sessions on a regular basis.
These sessions are opportunities for club members to train along side the team and provide a safe learning environment for people of all skill levels. The sessions are proving very popular, with people of all ages wanting to join.

Some of the senior club members also arrange impromptu, outdoor training sessions and visits to freerunning / parkour 'jams' (meetings) and other clubs around the UK. For more info on these sessions, club membership and other activities, please contact our club secretary at tnfadmin@homecall.co.uk. |
